5.4 Main reports

Select the suitable reporting form in the list of main reports and in order to enter data, click on “Enter”.

After that you will see the reporting form where you can enter the data.

The third column of the balance sheet will also be displayed; you can fill it in if you want to submit an adjusted opening balance sheet. In the first year you have to enter the data on both years in the main reports. Later on the first column will be prefilled for you.

It is not mandatory to fill in all account entries in a report. The final report file will not display the rows that have not been filled in or where the value entered into both columns is 0. Negative numeric values in the main reports should be entered with a minus sign. It is not possible to add additional account entries to main reports.

An explanation has been added to each element. You can read the explanation by clicking on the information icon at the end of the entry.

After filling in the data in the form, click on “Save” or “Save and calculate totals”. When you click on “Save and calculate totals” the ‘total’ fields will be calculated automatically and the data in these fields will be overwritten. While saving the reporting form the system will check the compliance of data with the rules of the forms and the list of errors will be displayed.

You can enter the numbers of notes in the last column of the main report. By clicking the button „Fill in the numbers of notes“, this column is filled in automatically; notes can be added later if necessary..

If you want to refer to several notes in connection with one element, the numbers must be separated by commas. It is advisable to enter the numbers of notes after entering data and filling in the notes..

The “Display selected notes” selection on top of the form also makes it easier to enter the notes – by clicking the names of the notes displayed in the list; you can directly open the form of the relevant note.

You can go back to the list of main reporting forms by clicking on “Back to the view of reporting forms”. Now you can select the next reporting form and proceed with filling it in
