Deleting a purchase invoice

A saved purchase invoice can be deleted by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button in the purchase invoice window. A confirmed purchase invoice can be deleted by clicking on the ‘Void Confirmation’ button and then on the ‘Delete’ button in the purchase invoice window.

If a settlement or outgoing payment is reconciled with a purchase invoice, then these must be voided first, and only then the purchase invoice can be deleted.
