Products/Services report allows reviewing ins and outs related to products and services. The precondition for preparing a report is selecting a product/service as a recorded article (from a drop-down menu) when buying and selling the product/service.
The report enables filtering based on products, buyers, cost/profit centers and the start and end of period. After selecting parameters for a filter, click on ‘View’ for displaying the results and on ‘Clear filter’ for clearing the filter.
Report can be generated in PDF and Excel formats.
If the sum of a purchase invoice does not appear in the Products/Services report in the ‘Purchase price’ field, then the purchase invoice has been prepared without an amount on the product/service row. In order to add the sum for a respective service in the Products/Services report, the existing purchase invoice must be voided and the amount of the product/service must be added.
