It is possible to submit an electronic digitally signed appeal against a ruling in the e-business register portal.
To do this, you must first log in with an Estonian ID card, Smart-ID or mobile ID and log in as a legal entity or individual. Next, select "My undertakings" on the home page
A list of related legal persons is then displayed. Click on the name of the legal entity and then on the page that opens, select the "Entries, rulings and letters" tab
On this page you can get acquainted with the regulations made to you and, if necessary, start preparing and filing an appeal against the regulations.
