Registration of Trusts

To register a trust, click the “Enter” button and authenticate yourself using a suitable method. Choose your role as either a legal entity or a private person.

You can find the trust registration form by selecting the “Establishment” button on the homepage. On the page that opens, scroll down and open the “Other” section. To start the registration, click “Start Registration”.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Enter Trust Data
    Fill in the trust details. Once completed, click “Save”, then “Next”.

  2. Add Related Persons
    You must enter at least one founder of the trust or trust association and one trustee.
    After entering the person’s data, click “Save”.
    To add persons in other roles, click “Add Person in Another Role”.
    Once all related persons are added, click “Next”.

  3. Add Beneficial Owners
    At least one beneficial owner must be entered.

    • To add a new beneficial owner, click “Add Beneficial Owner”.
    • To edit, click “Edit”.
    • To delete, click “Delete”.
      After entering the beneficial owners, click “Next”.
  4. Sign and Submit the Application
    Click “Sign” to digitally sign the application.
    Then click “Submit Application”.

 

The application is successfully submitted when the title reads:
“Trust has been added to the Beneficial Owners Database.”

Viewing Registered Trusts

To view trusts related to you, go to the main menu and select “My Dashboard”, then “My Trusts” from the left menu. To view all registered trusts, go to Queries → Trusts. To search for a trust, enter the name of the trust or the name of a related person.
