From September 1, 2023, the list of shareholders of private limited companies and the list of members of building association will be kept in the business register. Pursuant to the law, the keeper of the business register is obliged to enter the mentioned data on the registry card of the legal person. The list of shareholders of the private limited company and the list of members of the building society kept in the business register are entered on the register card at the initiative of the registrar and, if possible, automatically.
From September 1, 2023, according to the Business Register Law, the following shall be entered on the registry card:

the names and personal or registry codes of the shareholders of the private limited company, the nominal values of the shares, as well as information on the pledging of the shares and signs prohibiting the disposal of the shares.
After entering the data on the register card until August 31, 2024, the affected person may submit a justified objection to the correctness of the shareholder data entered on the registry card. The registrar then transfers the objection submitted by the affected person to the partner's data on the registry card and hands it over to the judge for resolution.Shareholders' data are not entered on the register card for private limited companies whose shares are registered in the NASDAQ, and for private limited companies which have waived the notarial form requirement for the transfer and pledging of a part by statute (the capital is at least 10,000 euros) and a corresponding note has also been entered on the registry card.
Private limited companies with a capital of at least 10,000 euros and which have waived the notarial form requirement for the transfer and pledging of part of the transaction by the articles of association, but have not entered a note on the register card, must submit an application to the registrar to enter the aforementioned notes on the registry card of the private limited company.
In connection with the change, we ask that, if possible, the pending applications for the initial registration of the private limited company and the applications for changes concerning the share capital/shareholders to be submitted to the registrar by August 30, 2023. If you continue with the application not submitted from September 1, the application must be amended in accordance with the new law, and therefore all signatures already given must be re-signed.

After entering the data on the registry card, until August 31, 2024, the affected person may submit a justified objection regarding the correctness of the data of the members entered on the registry card. When submitting an objection, the registrar writes the objection on the registry card with the data of the list of members and hands it over to the judge for resolution.
In connection with the change, the API and X-tee services of the business register will also be updated, more precisely, information on the description page. Also, after the changes, the list of shareholders will be published as an open data file.
