Access to support

In the case of a technical problem in the program that a user cannot independently solve, Support can be authorized to access the information.

A new access authorization can be granted by selecting Settings > Support access > Add a new entry. When providing access, the start and end date of the authorization must be set. Both fields are required. Access can be granted for a maximum of 14 days.

 

Access table indicates whether access is active, the start and end date of authorization and the name of the person who granted access to Support.

Support access expires:

•              When the checkmark in front of ‘Is active’ is removed.

•              When the expiry date of authorization has passed (beginning and expiry dates can be changed freely).

Then, click on the ‘Save’ button.

Inactive Authorizations tab displays all authorizations that have been granted to Support.
