1. Entering the portal

a. Entering options

For electronic submission of annual reports you have to log in to the e-Business Register  Portal at https://ariregister.rik.ee 

You can enter the portal with:

  • ID card
  • Mobile ID
  • Smart ID-ga (at the moment it is not possible to sign reports with Smart ID)

b. Portal front page

When you log in, the list of legal persons related to you will be displayed on the front page of the portal. Next you have to select “Annual reports” from the menu above..

If a member of the management board cannot see the data of the legal persons related to them on the front page of the portal, they have to check whether they have been registered in the Business Register by their personal identification code or their date of birth. If a member of the management board has been registered in the Business Register by their date of birth, they cannot see the data of the legal persons related to them. In order to convert a date of birth into a personal identification code, the person has to submit a relevant application to the Registrar for amendment of the data. It is also possible to submit the application for amendment through the porta if the person has  a digital signature possibility. In order to submit the application for amendment through the portal, please select “Applications” - >"Applications" from the menu first and then from the right side of the portal “Search for a legal person” - > Look for a company. Search for a company and start the application.

The data of legal persons are not displayed to the persons authorized for entering data on the home page of the portal, it is possible to start entering the report by selecting "Submission of a report" from the menu.

 

In case of problems opening the portal page: 

If the e-Business Register Portal page does not open (for example, an error message is displayed), try refreshing the page ("refresh" or the F5 key on the keyboard). If that doesn't work, close all browser windows. Then try to open the portal page again.

If refreshing the page or closing the browser windows doesn't help, you should clear your browser's cache.

Clearing the cache:

If you are using Internet Explorer:

  • select "Tools" -> "Delete browsing history" from the menu bar.

If you use Mozilla Firefox:

  • select "History" from the menu bar -> "Delete Recent History".

If you're using Google Chrome, press the three-striped menu-button in the top right corner

  • press the three-dotted menu-button in the upper right corner -> select "History"
  • Click the "Clear all browsing data" button
  • In the window that opens, click the "Clear" button.

After clearing the browser cache, close all browser windows and try to access the portal again.
