To use Detailed Search, the user must have a contract. To make a detailed request, the user must first log in to the portal, choose the roll as a contractual user and select "Queries" and "Detailed search" from the menu.
In addition to searching by name and registry code, a detailed search also allows searching by status, legal form, related persons, address, location, field of activity or a combination of these.
To search by related person, on the detailed search page, in the "Related person" section, select whether you want to search by legal or natural person and fill in the desired fields, then select "Find a person". Next, you can select the person who meets the criteria and then what role the related person should have. If desired, it is also possible to search by several related people at the same time (in this case, the search results will show matches with at least one of the searched people).
When searching by address, you can choose between two options:
- Searching for legal entities in a specific location (county/town/village etc). To do this, you can select the locations you want to add as a criterion in this table
- Searching by exact address. Start filling in the address and the portal will provide options according to the address entered in the field, from which you can confirm the exact address you are looking for.
When searching by area of activity, it is possible to search by specific activity name /EMTAK code. And choose from the matches provided by the system. It is also possible to search by several activities at once. (in this case, matches with at least one of the searched activities will appear in the search results).
You can also select the activity you are looking for using the "Search from EMTAK" link, which displays the entire EMTAK activity classification, from which you can select all the desired activities. To select, press the + sign at the end of the activity name.
Once all the desired criteria have been selected, a search can be performed. The results show all the legal entities that match the criteria, and the search criteria is displayed at the top of the page.
If you wish, you can save your search criteria by clicking the "Save search" button on the search results page to conveniently use them again later. Up to 5 searches can be saved.
Previously saved searches are displayed on the right side of the Detailed Search page, and by clicking on the search name, the search is performed again.
From the search results, you can navigate to the selected legal person, where you can access some of the data free of charge as well as purchase paid register data (incl. General, personal and commercial pledge data; annual reports, articles of association and file documents, etc.). The contractual customer can also use the visualised view of the e-Business Register.
From the view of a legal person, it is possible to move using the link "Back to search results" in the header, or to move between other legal entities found in the search using the links "Previous" and "Next".
