10. Submitting reports to the Register

When the report has been digitally signed (also by the auditor, if appropriate), the proposal for profit distribution/loss coverage and the respective resolution (in case of incorporated entities) and the additional parts to the report, if applicable, have been added, and accuracy of licences and notices of economic activities confirmed (more information: http://abiinfo.rik.ee/msus) ., you can view the preview of the report to be submitted to the Register and submit the report to the Register.

The report can be submitted either by a member of the management board or by a person entering data who is authorised to submit the report.

There are two ways to submit a report:

 

1. The report shall be submitted to the Registry without immediately:

Immediately after submission, the report is also available to the public via the e-Business Register.

In this case, the option "Submit the report to the register immediately" should be selected.

 

2. The report will be submitted to the register later 

With this option, the reporting agent can indicate the date when the report will be submitted to the register. Upon the date, the report will also be available to the public via the e-Business Register. The selected date must not be after the report deadline.

If the report is selected to be submitted at a later date, the submission cannot be interrupted.

With this option, you should click on the “I will submit the report to the register later” button and then select the desired submission date.

After submitting the report, a respective confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided under means of communication.
