I cannot access the Commercial Register because the ID card “cannot be read”. What do I do?
At first we suggest you check the data of the ID card and how the ID card reader works with the ID card utility. You will find the utility under “Programmes” in your computer. If you obtained your ID card recently or have renewed your certificates, we recommend you select “Certificates” from the ID card utility menu and “Register”. Then you can open the Company Registration Portal and log in.
