When creating a new report, all company shareholders registered in the Commercial Register will be displayed. The data will not be displayed in the report compilation page, if the shares of the company are registered in the Estonian Central Register of Securities. If the shares of the company are registered in the Estonian Central Register of Securities, it is not obligatory to submit the list of shareholders to the Register with the report.
In order to add a new shareholder, click either on “Add new shareholder who is a natural person” or “Add new shareholder who is a legal person” in the main view of the report. Enter the data of the shareholders and the value of their holdings into the displayed form.
If you wish to enter a shareholder who is a legal person registered in Estonia, all you have to do is fill in the “Register code” field and then click on “Load business name and address data from the Commercial Register (according to register code)”. Next the system will automatically fill in the field for the legal person’s business name and address.
The capital of a private limited company must be at least 2,500 euros. Other currencies are allowed only at branches of foreign companies.
To save a new shareholder, click on “Save”. If you choose not to save a new shareholder, click on “Back to the main view of the report”.
In order to change the shareholder’s data, click on “Change” in the main view of the report.
In order to delete the shareholder’s data, click on “Delete” in the main view of the report.
