State fees will change from 01.01.2022

On 1 January 2022, an amendment to the State Fees Act will enter into force, as a result of which state fees for applications submitted to the register will change.

From the new year, a state fee must be paid upon submission of an application to the register in accordance with the new law. This is also the case if the application has been prepared electronically and the state fee has been paid for it earlier, but the application will be submitted to the register only in 2022. Based on the change, the Center of Registers and Information Systems recommends that pending applications in the e-business register be submitted to the register before the end of December 2021.
