Instructions for using Mobile ID in the e-Business Register Portal
In order to successfully enter the portal and sign the annual report with Mobile ID, you need the following:
- Mobile ID with activated certificates
You can activate the certificates with an ID card. Instructions available here
- Mobile ID PINs
In the event that you have lost or forgotten your PINs, you must address your mobile telecommunications operator in order to receive a new Mobile ID SIM and then use the website of the Police and Border Guard Board to apply for new certificates.
- Make sure that your mobile phone is switched on. On some mobile phone models, the keypad must not be locked.
