Workspace view includes:
Liabilities: displays all paid or partly unpaid purchase invoices. If the due date of a purchase invoice has passed, the date in the due date column turns red.
Unpaid sales invoices: displays all unpaid or partly unpaid sales invoices. If due date has passed, the date in the due date column turns red.
It is possible to select whether invoices that are marked as doubtful and hopeless are displayed under the unpaid sales invoices or not. This can be selected from Settings -> General settings -> Program settings -> Change, where ‘Show doubtful and hopeless invoices on workspace’ should be selected and saved.
Overview: displays general information about indicators that are important to the entity.
EMTA employment register: an error message is only displayed when the employee accessing e-Financials is not registered in the EMTA employment register under the same employment type.
Cash flow forecast: provides an overview of the future cash flow of an entity in a graphic format.
Reports: displays future deadlines for submitting reports.
